Terms & Conditions
These apply to all electrical work and services provided by Switchcraft Electrical Services. By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes and Charges
All quotes and advertised prices are excluding GST
Free Quotes: All quotes are free of charge and valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
Exclusions: Quotes do not include fault-finding or diagnostic work. If a diagnosis is required, a call-out fee will apply.
Quoted Scope: The quoted price applies to a simple changeover only. Additional charges apply for:
Relocations
New installations
Add-ons or upgrades
Any rectification work deemed necessary will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.
2. Standards and Materials
All work is carried out in accordance with the AS/NZS 3000 and/or S009 Wiring Rules. We use high-quality switchgear and accessories from Clipsal, Trader, SAL, or equivalent brands. If you prefer an alternative brand or require additional items not included in the quote, please notify us prior to the commencement of work.
3. Compliance Requirements
Any work performed will require the presence of a compliant safety switch installed. If one is not present, we can supply and install it at an additional cost.
4. Warranty
We provide a 2 year warranty on all workmanship from the date of job completion. This does not cover faults due to misuse, tampering, or external events beyond our control.
5. Payments and Invoicing
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Payment Methods: EFTPOS, Apple Pay, Cash or Bank Transfer. Payments via bank transfer must reference the invoice number provided.
Certificate of Electrical Safety: Issued and delivered electronically only after full payment has been received.
